Any modifications to the service agreement must be requested in writing and are subject to approval by the Company. Additional services may incur extra charges as outlined in the pricing section.

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the type and volume of waste to be managed.
• Ensure that waste is properly sorted and placed in designated containers.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations concerning waste disposal.
• Provide access to the premises for waste collection as per the agreed schedule.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is transparent and competitive, based on the volume and type of waste managed. Payment terms are as follows:

• Invoicing: Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 30 days of receipt.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the invoice.
• Additional Services: Any services beyond the initial agreement will be billed separately.

5. Liability and Indemnification

The Company strives to provide reliable and safe waste management services. However, the following terms apply:

• The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from the improper handling or disposal of waste by the Client.
• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims arising from the Client’s non-compliance with regulations.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• Notice Period: A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required for termination.
• Immediate Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of terms.

7. Confidentiality

All information exchanged between the Client and the Company is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law
